Hello fellow AMPians! With the start of the new semester, we are pushing to bring in a lot of new members to AMP and we need your help! We invite all of our current members to meet Monday, January 25 at 8:00 in the regular room at InnovationSpace to discuss recruiting new members, and will hold our first big interest meeting on February 1.
Also this semester, the School of Performing Arts and Cinema is sponsoring the CinemaTech Screening Series in which four faculty members from the Cinema department will introduce, screen, and discuss a film of their choosing. We have included these dates in the calendar and hope to attend the screenings as a group.
Keep a check on the site and the blog for more information about AMP activities this semester.

Hey everyone! We hope you are excited for the 24 Hour Monster Film Festival, sponsored by Monster Energy Drink! Here are the details:
When: November 14-15
Where: Hancock 100
How Much: $9.00 per team
11:59 pm, Friday, November 6 - Registration closes
Sunday, November 8 - Each registered team will receive a monster, and will have one week to create their monster costume.
3:00 pm, Saturday, November 14 - Teams will receive their prompts and list of items to include in their film.
3:00 pm, Sunday, November 15 - Films are due. Each team must submit their film to the contest hard-drive which will be located in the innovation space in Torgerson Hall.
5:30 pm, Films will be screened in Hancock 100 and audience members will vote on their favorite film and costume.
Prizes will be awarded to 1st place, 2nd place, and Best Costume
