Why did you join AMP? I began making short films in High School, and filmmaking quickly became my greatest passion. I decided that I couldn't survive college without it, so I looked for filming groups as soon as I got to Tech. I was fortunate enough to stumble upon AMP and its dedicated members.
Hobbies: Filmmaking, photography, music, hockey, snowboarding, snowball fights back in Vermont.
Favorite Movies: Memento, Snatch, Fight Club, The Shawshank Redemption, Gladiator, Almost Famous, Hokie Memporium, Office Space, and anything directed by Stanley Kubrick or Michel Gondry.
Plans after College: Hopefully start up a freelance filming business.

Why did you join AMP? Because of their charming good looks and witty nature. Or because I was interested in film. I did a lot with the literary magazine in high school, and Tech's mags did not thrill me in the same way. AMP came to talk to all of the Communication kids, and I decided to attend a meeting.
Hobbies: Reading, writing, singing, filming, watching movies, knitting, and quilting.
Favorite Movies: My list is a work in progress, as is everyone's, but I'm fond of (in no particular order) Donnie Darko, Fight Club, Dead Poets Society, Saved!, Amelie, The Nightmare Before Christmas, Moulin Rouge!, The Full Monty, Sunset Blvd., The Royal Tenenbaums, Annie Hall, and American Beauty.

Why did you join AMP? They advertised in my COMM 1014 class and since I enjoy filmmaking, it seemed like a good idea. I started going and really enjoyed it, so I keep coming back.
Hobbies: Reading, Movies (watching and making), Music (listening and making), and dancing the hokie pokie with a sousaphone on in front of 66,000 screaming fans.
